Since 2000, Tony Rickett has embraced winemaking as an art, crafting a selection of premium quality wines and meads on the Kingston peninsula with exceptional flavour profiles. Beneath the soaring peregrine falcons that nest nearby, Dunhams is also a community hub, combining their tastings with regular special events and concerts.

The 5 acres of mature, hand-tended vines go into all the wines Rickett produces, including a sparkling wine using a traditional bottle-fermentation method from the 18th century and unique, 21st century mead/wine and mead/cider (a.k.a. cyser) blends.
